Using the world-renown tool for sommelier training, we will guide you through a blind analysis, smelling a series of aromas commonly identified in wine which enhances your ability to articulate aromas and their origin. An exercise in food and wine pairing with 5 hors d’oeuvres and 5 of the estate’s finest varietals rounds out this one-of-a kind tasting.
