Our cooking class on the first night was 5-star, but he so went beyond any of our expectations last night that there wasn’t a price tag that could have matched the experience. Rather than picking a menu, we asked him to just do what he wanted. He made us a 10 course meal fit for royalty, during which each course miraculously was able exceed the last in terms of complexity of texture, flavors, presentation, originality and overall care. His server was masterfully professional, and we all agreed that we could come back to town just to experience his work again!
